Public Interest
Public Interest law encompasses a wide range of legal principles and regulations that govern issues related to the public good and the protection of vulnerable populations.
In terms of public interest law, this includes laws and regulations related to issues such as civil rights, environmental protection, consumer protection, and public health and safety. Public interest law also includes laws related to the provision of public services, such as education, housing, and healthcare, as well as laws related to the protection of marginalized and disadvantaged groups, such as refugees and low-income individuals.
Public Interest attorneys work to ensure that laws and regulations that affect the public are fair, just and serve the public good. They use the legal system to promote and protect the rights of individuals, communities, and the environment.
