Intellectual Property (IP) law encompasses a wide range of legal principles and regulations that govern the protection and enforcement of creative works and innovations.
In terms of IP law, this includes laws and regulations related to the protection of creative works such as patents, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets and industrial designs. IP law also includes laws related to the registration and enforcement of these rights and the protection of intellectual property rights in domestic and international contexts.
